These starter terms describe the intended relationship between VirtualExperts.us and clients using the service catalog, free trial, order flow, dashboard and project communication tools.

Scope and delivery

Project scope, pricing, working hours, record volume, turnaround and deliverables should be confirmed before work begins. Custom scraping and automation work may require a separate feasibility review and quote.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing lawful instructions, authorized access and accurate project information. Clients should not submit restricted or unlawfully obtained data.
